クロスドメインコンピューティングソリューション(XC)事業部の開発領域で、プロジェクトメンバーおよび自動車メーカーと連携し、機能安全/SOTIF開発のリーディングと、組織の安全文化の浸透を行います。
（セーフティはBoschが定めるTop 5の重要知見の1つです。）
主な業務内容 :
- 開発プロジェクトでの機能安全/SOTIF活動の全体のリーディング
- 安全分析手法を用いた開発支援
- 機能安全要求やコンセプト、アセスメントに関する顧客との交渉や対応
- 機能安全/SOTIFに関わる提言や課題の提議(社内外)
※海外拠点(ドイツ、インドやハンガリー等)の関係者とも積極的な連携を行います。
Collaborate with project members and OEM to lead Functional Safety/SOTIF, foster safety culture in Cross-domain Computing Solution development area.
(Safety is defined as one of top 5 key competence in Bosch.)
What you do :
- Leading Functional Safety/SOTIF activities in development projects
- Support development via safety analysis methods
- Communication with customers on functional safety requirements, safety concept and safety assessment
- Proposal for Functional Safety/SOTIF topics, capturing safety issues (with internal or external stakeholders)
*) Often interaction with global organizations (in Germany, India and Hungary)

- カスタマーとの折衝経験
[Mandatory]
- Interest in Safety
- Technical knowledge and/or experience of Software or Hardware development
- Basic knowledge and experience of development flow/process
- Both Japanese (N1) and English communication skills
[Preferable]
- Development experience in Automobile industry or control engineering
- Knowledge or experience of Project Management
- Experience of Leader or Sub-leader of development team
- Knowledge or experience of ISO 26262, ISO 21448 or A-SPICE
- Experience to use safety or quality analysis methods (FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, DRBFM, etc.)
- Experience of customer negotiation
